Reflection # 7 Prezi, Wordle and Mind Meister

This week, we had to we explored different Web 2.0 tools. Our task was to present on each tool as a group assignment. My group's focus was on Prezi. Prezi is a web-based presentation software, created in Hungary. This freedom of movement enables “conversational presenting, ” a presentation style in which presentations follow the flow of dialogue, instead of vice-versa. Wikipedia

My group's main challenge was that the tool was loading too slow which took a lot of time to work with.

At the end of this week I was ready to utilize the Web 2.0 tools that I was exposed to in my personal life. I believe these tools will also give me the cutting edge in the classroom as a 21st century Teacher. I can guarantee that my students would be excited as I am as they would have the motivation to learn more. Apart from the slowness of Prezi, I encountered minimal challenges during my exploration of the web tools.
